Biography

Raj Dubey is a technologist with over 20 years of experience leading architecture, enterprise platforms, and cloud strategy in complex, high-scale digital environments. His work sits at the intersection of technology leadership, business strategy, and risk management—connecting systems, data, and teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

At LT, Raj serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), accountable for technology strategy, enterprise applications, and system governance across web, mobile, CRM, MarTech, DAM, analytics, and integration layers. He focuses on building resilient, scalable websites, mobile applications, and platforms that enable growth while treating security, compliance, accessibility, and operational risk as core business controls.

Raj's background spans high-traffic, multi-site, and regulated environments where failure carries real financial, legal, and brand consequences. His approach is outcome-driven: speed to market, reduced operational friction, protected revenue, and long-term scalability.

Raj also serves on the Midsize Enterprise Summit (MES) Advisory Board with The Channel Company, providing strategic counsel on technology leadership, cloud adoption, and cybersecurity maturity for midmarket IT leaders and solution providers.

Industries where Raj bring deep operational and architectural insight include:

  • Casinos & Gaming / Hospitality

  • Entertainment, Tourism, and Attractions

  • Healthcare & Wellness

  • Tribal Enterprises and Public Sector

  • Multi-location and Enterprise Digital Organizations

Raj's focus remains consistent: ensuring technology functions as a competitive advantage—supporting growth, resilience, and profitability—rather than a cost center or operational risk. He brings a security- and compliance-first, AI-informed approach to technology leadership, helping organizations solve real problems while reducing risk and improving efficiency at scale.
