The 25,625 SF Class A space is situated on the top floor of the iconic, marble-clad building, on the Southwest corner of 7th Street and Missouri Ave. Nearly 100 employees moved into the office space on Monday, which had been entirely gutted and redesigned as a part of the seven-plus year lease negotiation.
