Tulalip Gaming Organization (TGO) operates three distinct gaming and entertainment properties in Washington state: Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Tulalip Bingo & Slots. From luxury resort stays to high-energy gaming floors to community-driven bingo sessions, each property delivers a unique on-site experience.

Each property delivers a distinct in-person experience. But digitally, that story wasn’t being told cohesively. The three properties operated on separate, outdated websites that didn’t reflect the scale, sophistication, or cross-property opportunities Tulalip offers.

LT partnered with TGO to:

  1. Consolidate three siloed websites into one unified digital ecosystem.

  2. Design and develop a secure, personalized Player Portal for ONE Club members.

The result is a modern, mobile-first web experience that positions Tulalip as a multi-experience destination and a powerful, data-driven portal that transforms how members engage with the brand online.

The Challenge

Tulalip’s digital presence faced two interconnected challenges.

1. Three Properties. Three Websites. No Cohesion.

Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Creek Casino, and Tulalip Bingo & Slots each had their own standalone website. While the properties are geographically close, the digital experiences felt disconnected.

This created friction in several ways:

  • No clear cross-property storytelling

  • Inconsistent user experience and design

  • Missed opportunities to position Tulalip as a full-scale entertainment destination

  • Limited scalability for future growth

And in a competitive landscape that includes not just casinos, but restaurants, shopping, concerts, and regional travel experiences, Tulalip needed its digital presence to work harder.

2. The Vision for a True ONE Club Member Portal

Beyond consolidating three websites, Tulalip Gaming Organization had a second, more strategic objective.

They wanted to elevate the digital experience and create further transparency and access for ONE Club members on their gaming information.

Previously, members had limited digital visibility into their activity across properties. There wasn’t a centralized, intuitive place where a player could log in and clearly understand:

  • Where they stood within the loyalty program

  • How close they were to reaching the next tier

  • What rewards they had available

  • How their play translated into tangible value

In a competitive gaming market, loyalty transparency directly impacts retention. When players can’t clearly see progress, benefits, or available offers, engagement weakens.

Tulalip needed more than a redesigned website. They needed a secure, connected loyalty experience that could unify player data across three properties and make that value visible in real time.

Our solution focused on two parallel but connected work streams: the Unified Website and the Player Portal.

Part One: The Unified Website

We consolidated three legacy websites into a single WordPress-powered ecosystem, hosted on WP Engine for long-term scalability.

The goal was cohesion without compromise.

With refined typography, elevated layouts, and a luxury-forward aesthetic, we created a shared visual system while maintaining clear property differentiation through distinct color highlights and subtle navigation shifts

Users can instantly understand which property they’re exploring, all without feeling like they’ve left the Tulalip brand.

Mobile-First, Experience-Led UX

We prioritized the most common guest journeys:

  • Exploring gaming options

  • Viewing promotions and events

  • Planning dining experiences

  • Booking hotel stays

To support three properties within one structure, we implemented:

  • A thoughtfully organized mega-menu

  • Filterable promotions and events calendars

  • On-page subnavigation and filtering for restaurants and amenities

  • Clear property labeling without visual clutter

The website now communicates what Tulalip truly is: a multi-experience entertainment destination. The next step: acting as the gateway to the ONE Club Player Portal.

While the unified website positioned Tulalip as a multi-experience destination, the mobile-optimized ONCE Club Player Portal strengthened its relationship with individual members – giving them secure, real-time access to their loyalty information anytime, anywhere.

A Real-Time Loyalty Command Center

Inside the portal, members can:

  • Track live player statistics across properties
  • See their current loyalty tier
  • Understand how many points are required to reach the next tier
  • Monitor cashback points
  • View free play balances
  • Check comp balances
  • See current-day earned promo points
  • Review active offers
  • Access historical gaming activity (wins and losses)
  • Reference FAQs explaining tiers, balances, and program mechanics

Instead of waiting for in-person updates or mailed statements, members now have instant clarity.

 

Secure, Scalable Infrastructure

Because the portal connects to live player data across multiple gaming properties, security was non-negotiable.

We implemented:

  • Strict firewall rules
  • Secure API authentication
  • A protective abstraction layer between users and backend systems

This ensures player data remains protected while delivering real-time information in an intuitive interface.

Collaboration & Launch

We worked closely with Tulalip stakeholders to ensure the experience authentically reflected Tribal identity. Background textures and visual elements were incorporated thoughtfully and respectfully. An in-person User Acceptance Testing (UAT) session brought stakeholders and LT teams together to streamline feedback and ensure a confident, smooth launch.
