Phoenix-based agency acknowledges outstanding performance of key team members   PHOENIX, Arizona – Three members of the management team at Phoenix-based full-service advertising and marketing agency LaneTerralever have earned promotions at the senior management level.   Company president Chris Johnson and CEO Beau Lane announce that David Foster will now serve as chief operating officer, Jennifer Ennesser is now senior director of account services and Amy Raymer now fulfilling the role of director of planning.   With nearly seven years in leadership roles at LaneTerralever, Foster has more than 20 years of experience in operations management and providing professional services from startups to Big Five companies. He has served in roles that have included large-scale business systems transformation at Premier Farnell, J.P.
